The video clip is from a Russian news programme. There was an accident at a coal mine and workers were accused of drinking on the job. The interviewer is trying to see if there is any truth in the rumour, and then one of the other workers turns up unannounced. You won't need sound unless of course, you can speak Russian..... The guy's face is legendary!
